Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan Movie Review: Produced by Zee Studios and Salman Khan, Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan movie is slated to release on Eid, 21st April. The film featured Pooja Hegde and South’s superstar Venkatesh Ahem in the lead roles along with Salman Khan. Apart from this, many newcomers like Shahnaz Gill, Palak Tiwari, Siddharth Nigam have also been given a chance on the big screen. This is Salman Khan’s first release on the silver screen after the Corona Pandemic. The film released in over 4500 screens in India and around 1200 screens overseas.
The Salman Khan starrer opened to mixed reviews but nevertheless Salman Khan’s stardom has ensured some kind of opening. The film has taken 10-15% opening due to sluggish pre-Eid period. The film did not do much on the first day. It was successful in doing business of only 15.81 crores on the first day, which is much less than films like ‘Pathan’, ‘Brahmastra’ and ‘Suryavanshi’.
On the second day the movie collected around 25.56 crores as the film grew in the range of 75-80% in national chains. The movie did not do well on Eid as expected, but on Saturday the holiday edge worked, the film showed a bit of power at the box office. Today again the film was expected to do a little more amazing but it failed. And the film did a net business of 26.61 crores on the third day.

The film crossed 68.17 crores nett over the weekend which is just 23% more than the opening day business of Shah Rukh Khan’s ‘Pathan’. This explains the dominance of the SRK film in the post-pandemic era. To justify stardom, KKBKKJ needs to at least cross ‘Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2’ (185.92 cr nett) lifetime numbers.
